Know the Game Love the Game

Know the Game, Love the Game is the junior grass roots development initiative of the Gold Coast Blaze.

The Blaze aim to promote the sport of basketball, as well as encouraging healthy and active lifestyles, to the entire Southeast Queensland community.

Our Know the Game, Love the Game clinics are an essential part of this. Each school holidays, we hold at least 2 clinics for up to 90 kids each day. Our clinics feature individualised instruction from accredited coaches, most of whom have NBL or QABL playing experience. They also feature coaching and presentations from Blaze players and Coaching staff.

The Blaze are always looking for opportunities to develop basketball in the local community. Blaze players routinely hold clinics at Gold Coast area schools, and are always able to appear at local community based events and programs.
